- Previous experience with employer branding
- Some recruitment experience
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, HR, or another relevant field
- Independent and proactive
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English are required, both written and verbal.
- Enjoys traveling and giving presentations
- Proficient in MS Office
