This role ensures a smooth, efficient, and compliant hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information. Responsibilities Prepare and send offer letters and related hiring documents to candidates. Collect and verify required candidate documentation (IDs, certifications, work authorization, etc.). Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and other compliance screenings. Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR documentation systems.
