Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Talent Management Analyst to support Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and HR analytics processes. This role plays a key part in strengthening talent frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering meaningful workforce insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full annual performance cycle, including objective setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
• Track completion rates and follow up with HRBPs and business units.
• Review performance ratings and prepare summary reports and dashboards.
• Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support related documentation.
• Maintain and update data in Oracle HCM Talent modules, ensuring accuracy...
