The Talent & Culture Manager is a strategic partner within Wild Dunes Resort’s Human Resources team, responsible for leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, and staffing strategies that support both year-round and seasonal business demands. This role ensures the resort attracts, hires, and retains top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and employee experience. **This is not a Remote position.**

This position combines hands-on recruiting leadership with forward-thinking workforce planning, relationship building, and process innovation. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, solutions-oriented, and skilled at developing creative staffing strategies and talent pipelines in a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment, while championing Wild Dunes Resort’s culture through impactful onboarding initiatives and service-focused training.
