Talent Coordinator - 18 month contract

Job Purpose

The Talent Coordinator is responsible for handling the full‑cycle recruitment for production and co‑op student positions and aiding in salaried recruitment where needed. This includes all aspects of recruitment efforts, from resume screening to offer letters. This position is also responsible for all online job posting maintenance and maintaining records in our ATS.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit for high volume production positions to ensure plant is fully staffed, hitting orientation targets based on recruitment forecasts and hiring needs
• Screen and recommend applicants using ATS
• Schedule and maintain POET scheduling and tracking for internal and external hires
• Conduct high volume of phone screens and schedule interviews
• Deal with high volume of incoming calls, solve applicant issues and escalate to Talent Acquisition Team Lead as required while providing excellent customer service
