Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, reporting and commission processes on the calculation, analysis and tools deployment, contributing with improvement proposals or best in class identified processes in any division.
• Helping on the commissions task, by participating in the accrual and payout calculation, integrate the Commission implementation project for EMEA.
• Collaborating on the month-end close activities: Collaborate with the owners of the divisions and geographies assigned in creating the reports, liaising with the FP&A; to identify information updates and improvement areas, understanding gaps. <...
