Talent And Learning Specialist

The Talent and Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of the regional Talent strategy in Latin America (includes but not limited to : Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, and Trinidad & Tobago) and supporting the regional Learning strategy across the Americas that will enable business growth by focusing on our most important asset, our people.

The specialist in this role will support the design and execution of key global and regional strategic talent and learning initiatives and resources to promote critical organizational and professional growth. This person will have an opportunity to connect with stakeholders from multiple LATAM countries, identify local needs, drive regional talent efforts in LATAM, and ensure learning programs and opportunities are designed with the regional lens and delivered effectively.
