The Talent and Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of the regional Talent strategy in Latin America (includes but not limited to: Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, and Trinidad & Tobago) and supporting the regional Learning strategy across the Americas that will enable business growth by focusing on our most important asset, our people.

In this role, you will support the design and execution of key global and regional strategic talent and learning initiatives and resources to promote critical organizational and professional growth. You will connect with stakeholders from multiple LATAM countries, identify local needs, drive regional talent efforts, and ensure learning programs are designed with a regional lens and delivered effectively.
