What will you be doing?

+ Coordinating interviews and candidate scheduling
+ Assisting with pre-screens and requisition management
+ Communication across stakeholders/operational leaders
+ Assist with pre-employment process coordination
+ Initiating and tracking to see thru to completion, candidate onboarding/hiring/first day details
+ Partnering with TA, hiring managers, and HRBPs to ensure a positive candidate experience
+ Supporting hiring events and related coordination
+ TA metrics or performance reporting
+ TA-related projects, as requested.
