Lead Talent Acquisition Partner – Engineering, Product, Design

We’re looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to run EPD recruiting at MaintainX. This role sits on the Talent Acquisition team, owning hiring across Engineering, Product, and Design—three of our highest-priority functions as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Own 10–15 active EPD requisitions at a time, moving candidates through stages with 48‑hour SLAs and presenting a calibrated shortlist to every hiring manager within two weeks of intake.
• Source and engage senior technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, JuiceBox, direct outreach, referrals, and events—building pipelines before reqs are even opened.
• Run structured intake meetings with engineering managers and product leads to sharpen role scope, levelling, and interview design before the first candidate is touched.
