Job Description
- Collaborate with the Sr. HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and department leaders to create the annual recruitment plan aligned with the budget and timelines.
- Develop and post vacancy profiles on LinkedIn, other recruitment channels, and the company career page.
- Manage candidate pipelines, review applications, conduct first screenings, and actively source candidates when needed.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, handle all communication with candidates, and support final selection and job offers.
- Partner with HR, IT, and department teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to improving the associate experience.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies as needed and manage the candidate pipeline from agency submissions.
- Support HR initiatives related to learning, talent development, and labor market trends.
- Ensure successful closure of vacancies across all recruitment channels.
