Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr

Purpose Statement: The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior will be responsible for partnering with Plexus leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the evolving human capital needs of Plexus, and introduce top talent into the Company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior will own the entire recruitment process—including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selecting outstanding candidates, building a network of passive candidates, forming relationships with community and business organizations, and onboarding of new hires. As a Senior TA Specialist there will be opportunities to lead or drive projects.
