Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' professional skills, language ability, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with business departments to coordinate second-round and technical assessments.Onboarding Support
Assist new hires with onboarding procedures, including contract signing, IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) registration, and background checks.Recruitment Data & Reporting
Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, channel efficiency, etc.) and generate regular recruitment reports.Employer Branding
