Job Description
Essential Functions: Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to create talent pipelines for future critical staffing needs. Works with division leadership to understand intern staffing needs and then operates as the recruiter filling those roles. Screens, schedules and interviews applicants. Coordinates manager and team interviews, employment testing and reference checking pre-hire. Coordinates background to ensure screening. Extends verbal and written job offers. Completes weekly report on employment activity and recurring reporting on intern and trainee hiring analytics. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidate pools. Proactively networks and leverages technology to recruit from passive candidate sources. This position reports to HR Manager and has no direct reports.
