The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Review applications to pre-screen candidates and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates.Identify and recruit high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our company's needs.Coordinate and schedule interviews and conduct reference checks and background screenings.Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms. Assist and coordinate the end-to-end campus hiring process.Maintain data integrity within our application tracking system (Greenhouse). Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (MBA in HR preferred).
