We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with outstanding people skills to help us attract top‑tier talent. In this role, you will be the face of our company, identifying future hiring needs and guiding candidates through our selection process.

• Location: On‑site (Mexicali).
• Address: Av. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza 1298, Nueva, 21100 Mexicali, B.C.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (9‑hour shift).

• Candidate Selection: Interview candidates (phone/on‑site) to meet company requisitions based on skills and knowledge.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a documented pipeline and monitor applications through phone screenings.
• Collaboration: Work with department managers to identify specific employment needs and requirements.
