The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a Senior Recruiter/Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for a top leading biotechnology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions
• Partner with hiring leaders to manage full-cycle recruitment
• Utilize Workday, LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and job boards to identify top talent
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis
• Share talent market insights and recruiting trends with stakeholders
• Support workforce planning and other recruitment initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
