Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location:  Cochin
Experience: 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment 
Salary : Upto 5 -7 Lacs 
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
* Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires and positive candidate experience.
* Schedule interviews, collect feedback, manage offer discussions, and coordinate joining formalities.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
* Use Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Recruit for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and corporate functions.
