This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in support of Thientu BPOs growth strategy.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through offer acceptance and onboarding handover

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
