Job Description
Requirements
- 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven expertise hiring GTM/Sales profiles (AE, AM, CSM) ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
- Good understanding of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles, and what makes a great GTM hire
- Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and able to build strong pipelines on competitive profiles
- Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders, advising on best practices and building trust
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills
- Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand
- Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
