Responsibilities

• Align with our recruitment strategy for Bunzl Canada – making sure you understand our business drivers, our recruitment ambitions, the roles we need to fill and availability on the market – to attract and hire the best talent for our industry.
• Manage the work against the region’s priority recruitment needs.
• Proactively engage with and manage expectations of stakeholders from business leaders to partners in HR to understand and anticipate recruitment needs now and in the future.
• Ensure diversity hiring practices are woven into all aspects of our recruitment processes and practices.
• Execute our hiring processes from start to finish for the vacancies within your scope.
• Find innovative ways to meet our constantly expanding and evolving recruitment needs.

What you bring

• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition across a range of functions.
