This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers to efficiently fill critical roles in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

Full-Cycle Recruiting
• Manage high-volume requisitions (30–40 roles weekly) across warehouse, assembly, and maintenance positions
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Workday
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, etc.)

Recruiting Strategy & Partnership
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to prioritize hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
