Responsibilities
- Own the full‑cycle recruitment process across Cohere’s tech teams, attracting and recruiting senior talent for research, applied ML, and engineering roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders to develop and influence recruiting strategies.
- Manage recruiting funnels in Ashby with diligence, ensuring timely execution and quality candidate experience.
- Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines for high‑volume senior level roles.
- Take initiative by creating and owning talent projects aimed at optimizing recruiting efficiencies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience at high‑growth technology companies, focused on research, MLE, and engineering talent.
- Experience managing a high‑volume senior level desk at a hyper‑growth startup or scale‑up.
