Pipeline Management
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach quality
Consistently builds high-quality candidate pipelines
1+ year of full-time active sourcing experience - mandatory
~ Excellent written English communication skills
~ Experience in high-growth, e-commerce, or performance-driven companies
Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
