Take the Lead with the in-house recruitment tool; Smartrecruiters, ensure that it is being utilised to it’s full potential, including the reporting/analytics function.
Train Managers/Supervisors, all employees in the art of interviewing skills, including utilising Smartrecruiters and how to give feedback after an interview.
Provide reporting updates on recruitment metrics to all stakeholders, including identifying process improvement opportunities.
Annual review of recruitment policy and procedure(s), ensuring fit-for-purpose.
Develop retention strategy for all business segments.
Engage with Segment Managers in forecasting and planning for their recruitment needs.
