Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Drive initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on performance management, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement change management and culture-building programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while promoting best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, coaching, and development.
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs and solutions.
