Talent Acquisition Partner – External (APJ Malaysia)
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to support external hiring across the APJ region, with a primary focus on Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the IT & Telecom domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers for interview planning, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Track hiring metrics and support recruitment reporting
• Support employer branding initiatives such as hackathons, innovation challenges, and campus programs
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in IT/Telecom recruitment
Experience hiring for APJ markets (Malaysia/Vietnam preferred)
