**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment activity across Nortehrn & Southern Europe for our Engineering, Digital Technology and Software teams.
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, shape attraction strategies, identify and engage high-quality talent, and deliver an efficient and positive hiring experience. You will use a range of sourcing channels, market insights and recruitment data to support informed decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.

This role requires strong search, candidate engagement, screening and stakeholder management skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with accuracy, pace and professionalism.
