We are seeking a highly motivated **Talent Acquisition Partner** who is passionate about identifying top talent quickly, efficiently, and strategically. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and competitive drive to fill roles with minimal time-to-fill. The ideal candidate is hungry for targets, energized by hitting and exceeding KPIs, and able to balance high performance with a positive, fun, and collaborative attitude.

Hourly Wage: $22/hour
