Job Description:
This exciting position encompasses Talent Acquisition, Community Building, and supporting the marketing and HR teams on broader talent initiatives. Your efforts will help make dentsu (with a strong focus on dentsu creative) the most diverse and integrated agency in the MENA region
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner for all Talent Acquisition matters within the agency
Manage a full 360 TA role across permanent and contract hires for creative and business functions
Build and maintain a pool of top talents
Partner closely with directors
Utilize multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates
Ensure a positive candidate process and experience
Report on key talent metrics and identify opportunities to enhance our candidate experience
Support the HR team on broader talent initiatives and projects
