You will partner closely with U.S. focused stakeholders while holding accountability for global clinical recruiting strategy, market readiness, and expansion related workforce considerations.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting clinical recruitment, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and other key stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating strong initiative and time management. You will contribute significantly to the success of the BioLife Talent Acquisition team by delivering exceptional customer service and upholding high-quality standards throughout the recruitment process.
