• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including advertising, sourcing, screening, conducting first-stage interviews, reference checks, and offer management
• Manage an allocated portfolio of 15-20 (on average) positions across muti functional functions (blue/white collar); Bentley and regional locations, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
