: We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment and help build a strong, engaged workforce. You will partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and deliver a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has hands-on experience managing recruitment operations and building talent pipelines.
Working Hours – 2 PM to 11 PM (IST)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other professional networks.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role expectations, and support candidate selection.
