Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop hiring strategies based on business needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Manage onboarding and candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.

Requirements:
- 6–10 years of recruitment or HR experience.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience preferred.
- Experience in automobile, manufacturing, or retail sectors is an advantage.
