Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, supply chain, factory, and leadership roles
Design and execute scalable hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans
Partner with founders, CXOs, and business heads to understand workforce planning and talent needs
Build, mentor, and manage the recruitment team (in-house & vendors)
Strengthen employer branding , candidate experience, and referral programs
Manage and optimize vendor partnerships , job portals, and sourcing channels
