Build and manage the hiring machine.

Recruitment Infrastructure

• Write job descriptions
• Build scorecards
• Create interview questions
• Design practical skill tests
• Create hiring SOPs
• Standardise hiring stages

Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Own recruitment operations.
• Build applicant pipeline system (Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or ATS)
• Track stages: Applied > Shortlisted > Interview 1 > Task stage > Final interview > Offer > Hired > Grade candidates objectively > Maintain talent database
