• Proficient in many psychological testing tools
• Flexible and creative in candidate sourcing from many platform and ways
• Knows many interview techniques such as Behavioral and etc
• Good communication skill
• Proficient with Ms Office
• Placement in Kelapa Gading

Job descriptions:

• Fulfillment and monitoring manpower request
• Create and publish job vacancies
• Sourcing, screening, and selection the candidates
• Scheduling psychological test and interview
• Prepare, conduct, and scoring psychological test
• Explain the result of psychological test to user
