Working Days: 5.5

Stipend: INR 20,000 Per month (including any other applicable taxes)

Education: Recently graduated in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

● Support campus hiring activities such as candidate shortlisting, coordination, and follow-ups

● Help with initial salary discussions as per defined guidelines and budgets

● Coordinate and track background verification (BGV) and pre-offer documentation

● Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS data accurately

● Work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes
