Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Assist to schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate assessment processes, interviews, and recruitment activities
• Manage interview arrangement virtually / physically
• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (ICIMS)
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide status updates
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Prepare job postings in various job-board and conduct phone screening
• Ensure and upkeep recruitment trackers and reports
• Generate recruitment reports from ATS
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Track onboarding documentation progress and support onboarding coordination for new hires
• Liaise with HRBP, hiring managers, and external recruiters
