Role Overview: The Volume Recruiter is a pivotal member of TaskUs’s growth team, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-volume entry‑mid level talent across a variety of business units. The role focuses on quality hires rather than hours worked, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill openings efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, offer, and close.
• Meet with Hiring Managers to define candidate selection criteria and delivery timelines.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs and educate them on best interview practices.
• Passively source top talent and manage a pipeline of 100‑200 qualified candidates ready for hiring.
• Ensure job postings are accurate, marketable, and target the appropriate audience.
• Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems.
