  Job Purpose 
 Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for attracting suitable candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience. The Recruiter remains up to date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as an advocate for new and established employees.
  Key Result Areas 
 Identifying the nature of recruitment (Replacement or New Joiner).
 Make sure that new candidates are on same group of position (Salary, benefit,) comparing with actual staff to avoid any structure gap.
 Ensuring that all areas (Corporate or Operations) are covered with necessary work force as per recruitment budget.
