About the Role

At Euronext, primarily based at Oslo Børs, you will lead Talent Acquisition and Onboarding across Norway, Sweden and Finland in a complex, matrix‑based Nordic setup with multiple legal entities. The role requires thriving in cross‑border stakeholder environments, navigating regulatory frameworks, and delivering high‑paced recruitment while continuously improving TA and onboarding practices.

What you will do

• Lead recruitment processes end‑to‑end across three Nordic countries and multiple legal entities.


• Partner with hiring managers across our locations and secure stakeholder management in our matrix organization.


• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.


• Drive and improve onboarding processes across entities.
