Overview

Engage in Talent Acquisition for Chile covering professional levels for L1-L8 and support frontline teams. Deliver strategies, ensuring top talent aligns with PepsiCo needs and values.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting for professional positions in Chile, ensuring attraction and hiring of top talent, meeting LATAM SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with TA team and South Cone Leader on regional project deployment.
• Develop relationships with universities and participate in job portals, forums, fairs to promote PepsiCo's employer brand.
• Maintain productive relations with stakeholders including hiring managers and HR partners to foster communication.
• Provide training and support on TA KPIs and processes according to LATAM guidelines.
• Assist in selection processes for frontline operational levels in Chile.
