As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for planning and executing recruiting activities for manufacturing professionals at our Portland, Oregon bakery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing and recruitment efforts for recruiting needs for the Portland Bakery. This role will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
