Seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead recruitment during a high-volume project mobilisation phase.

This hands-on role manages end-to-end hiring across both blue and white collar roles, from trades through to engineers and project managers!

About the role:

• Manage full end-to-end high volume recruitment process

• Partner closely with hiring managers nationally

• Support high-volume project mobilisation

• Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding

• Maintain strong candidate experience throughout

About You:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Infrastructure, engineering or industrial recruitment ideal but not necessary

• Confident managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
