Working Hours

1. Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (rotational)
2. Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Mode : WFH (1 month)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Taiwanese & English proficiency (spoken & written)
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (any industry)
• Strong communication & customer service mindset
• Problem‑solving & critical thinking ability
• Able to stay professional and calm under pressure
• Open to feedback & continuous improvement
• Computer literate; typing speed >=40 WPM, accuracy >=90%
