**Position Summary**

Promote and ensure guest satisfaction. Sets places at dining tables, take orders, serves food and drinks according to reservations.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Sets up and prepares dining room and lounge area for events. Keeps restaurant and station clean, sets up and takes down station appropriately.
+ Provides beginning to end high level service for all guests – including greeting newly seated guests in a warm and friendly manner within 30 second and answering questions about menu item ingredients, preparations and accompanying items.
