As a TA Marketing Officer, you will be at the heart of how TechConnect tells its story to the talent market. You will bring our identity as an employer of choice to life through compelling visual content, dynamic social media presence, and on-the-ground event documentation — helping attract the brightest talent from across Indonesia and beyond.

1. Social Media Management

•       Manage and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

•       Monitor content performance — engagement, reach, follower growth — and prepare regular reports

•       Stay on top of social media trends and translate them into timely, relevant content for TechConnect

•       Engage consistently with talent communities and audiences across platforms
