Position Overview

Based at our Port Elizabeth branch to further strengthen our local sales team, we are currently seeking a Technical Advisor Junior (Port Elizabeth, South Africa).

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Baking and demonstrating finished goods in assigned channels and teaching on how to use the Company’s products.
• Working closely with the sales team to reach Sales targe

Key Accountabilities

• Bake all products with excellence
• To coach and mentor new recruits and all the colleagues within the department
• Train customer bakers on the Company’s products
• Present finished goods – to a minimum of ten (10) people – and sell concept solutions
• Work with the sales team to build and grow the business
• Plan and execute daily and weekly bakery production, and implement thereof at store level
