Responsibilities: Lead and manage collections and dispute management operations Monitor team performance, SLA adherence, and collection targets Handle escalations and support resolution of complex disputes Analyze aging reports, collection trends, attrition, and shrinkage metrics Coordinate with internal stakeholders for process improvements Requirements Graduate/Masters in Accounting / CA Inter / CWA Inter 5+ years of experience in AR Collections & Dispute Management Minimum 2 years of experience handling attrition and shrinkage management as Team Leader Strong people management and stakeholder management skills SAP/JDE and Excel knowledge preferred Excellent communication, an...
